How to configure booking form
Step-by-step guide to setting up your Parkflow booking form — decide what fields you want to show or require
🅿️ How to Configure your Booking Form
This guide explains how to set up and customize the booking form for your parking in the Parkflow system.

🔧 1. Overview
The Booking info section in your parking settings defines what information customers need to provide when making a booking.
Each field has two options:
- - SHOW – enables the field and makes it visible on the booking form.
- - REQUIRE – makes the field mandatory before completing the booking.
📋 2. Accessing the Booking Form Settings
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Go to Settings in the top menu and choose Parkings.
- Choose the parking for which you want to configure the booking form.
- Navigate to the Booking info section on the right and open it by clicking "^".
- Use the toggles to configure which fields you want to display and require. Remember to Save changes after you finish.
🚗 3. Explanation of Booking Form Fields

| Vehicle count | Allows customers to book parking for multiple cars at once. | Show |
| Vehicle plate | License plate number used for vehicle identification. | 🔒 Require if using LPR cameras to open the barrier |
| Vehicle info (brand / model / color / VIN / dimensions) | Optional vehicle details for record keeping. | Show only if needed |
| Depart info (Name / Flight / Terminal) | Departure details – especially important for airport parking. | Show & Require if applicable |
| Return info (Name / Flight / Terminal) | Return details – useful for shuttle coordination or flight tracking. | 🔒 Require Return Flight if using our Flight Tracker |
| Ship/Port (for harbors) | Enables ship or port name input for harbor parking. | Show only for harbor parkings |
| Billing | Allows customers to enter company details for invoicing. | Show if issuing invoices |
| Discount | Adds discount or promo code field. | Show if offering promotions |
| Marketing consent | Adds a checkbox for GDPR-compliant marketing permissions. | Recommended |
| Skip summary | When enabled, the customer will be redirected straight to payment after submitting the form (skipping the booking summary). | Enable only if you prefer a faster checkout process |
✈️ 4. Flight Tracker Integration
If you’re using the Flight Tracker feature, make sure to:
- - Turn ON and REQUIRE the field Return info (Flight).
- - This allows the system to automatically monitor return flights and adjust timing accordingly.

🧭 5. Dropdown Configuration for Terminals or Ports
Some fields allow you to choose between Text input and Dropdown selection:

🪄 How to configure dropdowns:
- Select Type: Dropdown.
- In the input area, type your first option (e.g. “T1”) and press Enter.
- Add additional options (e.g. “T2”, “T3”) the same way.
- All options will appear as selectable buttons in the customer form.
