How can we help you?

How to get started with ParkFlow?

From an empty account to your first paid booking — what to set up and in what order.

Getting ParkFlow up and running takes six steps. Each of them has its own section in this help centre — below is the order in which it's worth going through them, as later steps build on earlier ones.

1. Set up your car park

Start with the place you're selling: create a car park, add spaces and zones, set opening hours and regulations. Without this, there's nothing to price or book.

Details: Car park & pricing → Car park configuration

2. Set up pricing

Define the rates at which you sell. If prices change seasonally, add a seasonal price list. This is also where you set the shortest and longest stay you accept.

3. Connect payments

Choose a payment provider and decide when you charge the customer: upfront, as a deposit, or on arrival. Each gateway has its own article with steps on the provider's side.

Details: Payments

4. Launch sales

Place the Booking Button widget on your website and configure the form — what you ask the customer when they make a booking. From this point on, you can start accepting reservations.

Details: Online sales

5. Check notifications

Before you let in your first customer, review the messages they will receive: booking confirmation, reminder, changes. Set up sending from your own email address so they don't end up in spam.

Details: Notifications

6. Configure documents

If you issue invoices or receipts, connect your accounting system and determine who receives which document.

What's next

The rest of the help centre is organised around how the system is used on a day-to-day basis — managing bookings, customers and marketing, reports, user accounts. If you can't find something, use the search bar at the top of the page or get in touch with us.
