How to add attachments to email messages?

ParkFlow is a solution that enables comprehensive booking management. The system includes many useful options. One of them is automated notification sending. A booking confirmation is sent to the customer at the moment the booking is made. A parking ticket can be attached to the confirmation, using either our template or your own.

Below we explain how to attach a voucher to the booking confirmation email.

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications > New Booking.
  2. On the right-hand side, you will find the “Attachments” tab.
  3. Expand it and add a Voucher.
