Find out what to do when your parking lot is completely full and you don't want to disable it from the website.
The holiday season means that many parking lots are fully booked. There is a way to avoid completely disabling the parking lot from the website while still accepting reservations for a later period. ParkFlow offers a solution for parking staff who are unable to accept further bookings on specific days or weeks.
To block selected days, log in to your ParkFlow account and then click the "Settings" tab. In the parking editing panel, you will find "blocking". By clicking the left mouse button, you can easily select and block specific days in the calendar.
If we block the parking lot on, for example, September 2nd, no reservations that overlap with that day will come through. For instance, Barbara, who wants to book the parking lot from September 1st to 3rd, will not be able to make a reservation at the parking lot.
If we block the parking lot on, for example, September 2nd, only reservations starting or ending on that day will be affected. For instance, Kate, who wants to book the parking lot from September 1st to 3rd, will have no problem making a reservation at the parking lot.
