How to connect with AADE (myDATA / DCL)

This guide explains how to connect Parkflow with AADE (Independent Authority for Public Revenue) using the myDATA REST API, as required for AADE DCL digital monitoring of parking businesses in Greece.


The connection ensures that parking transactions are digitally reported, helping your business remain compliant with Greek tax regulations.

What is AADE DCL?

AADE DCL (Digital Client List) is a digital monitoring system introduced by the Greek tax authority to ensure real-time tax compliance.

For parking businesses, AADE DCL:

  • Digitally records parking clients and transactions

  • Provides real-time reporting to AADE

Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure:

  • You have AADE MyData credentials

  • Your business is registered in myDATA

  • You have admin access in Parkflow

 

Step 1: Create myDATA API Credentials (AADE)

  1. Go to the AADE login page:
    👉 https://login.gsis.gr/mylogin/login.jsp

  2. Log in using your MyData credentials

  3. Click on «Εγγραφή στο myDATA REST API»

  4. Click «Νέα εγγραφή χρήστη» (New user registration)

  5. Create a new user with the following details:

    • Username: parkflow

    • Save the user

  6. After saving, AADE will generate an Subscription Key

    • Copy and store this key securely

    • You will need it to complete the connection in Parkflow

    ⚠️ Important: The Subscription key is shown only once. If lost, you must generate a new one.

Step 2: Connect AADE in ParkFlow

  1. Log in to ParkFlow

  2. Navigate to:
    Settings → Configuration → Integrations → Others

  3. Click on AADE DCL

  4. Enter the following details:

    • Username: parkflow

    • Subscription Key: (from myDATA)

  5. Click Save
